General Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Presentation and Inservice opportunities
• School consultations regarding practical approaches to differentiating curriculum, instruction and assessment
• Assistance to school teams in developing and implementing Individual Educational Plans that are grounded in current research
• Behavioral protocols and recommended supports for students with behavioral challenges
• Family consultation for parents choosing to home school

Attorney Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Presentation and inservice opportunities
• Assistance in making decisions on viability of claims and recommendations as to possible remedies in terms of services and resources
• Student records review
• Expert witness testimony in such areas as:
  • Legal sufficiency of IEP
  • Appropriateness of functional behavioral analysis and behavioral intervention plan
  • Evaluation of IEP goals and objectives as they relate to curriculum
  • In-Class observations
• Consultation regarding IEP implementation
