General Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Presentation and Inservice opportunities
- School consultations regarding practical approaches to differentiating
curriculum, instruction and assessment
- Assistance to school teams in developing and implementing Individual
Educational Plans that are grounded in current research
- Behavioral protocols and recommended supports for students with behavioral
challenges
- Family consultation for parents choosing to home school
Attorney Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Presentation and inservice opportunities
- Assistance in making decisions on viability of claims and recommendations
as to possible remedies in terms of services and resources
- Student records review
- Expert witness testimony in such areas as:
- Legal sufficiency of IEP
- Appropriateness of functional behavioral analysis and behavioral
intervention plan
- Evaluation of IEP goals and objectives as they relate to curriculum
- In-Class observations
- Consultation regarding IEP implementation
